- Student's name and mobile number;
- Guardian's name and contact information;
- Educational institution, academic year, batch, and academic information;
- Course selection, admission, and payment-related information;
- Information submitted through contact forms, application forms, or feedback forms;
- Information related to model tests, classes, or academic activities;
- Account login information (username and password — stored in encrypted form);
- General technical information from website/app usage, such as browser type, device type, device ID, app usage/log data, and basic visit-related data.

- Determining the appropriate batch and class routine for a student;
- Notifying students about model tests, revision programs, and academic updates;
- Responding to questions or requests sent through contact forms;
- Maintaining necessary communication with guardians;
- Improving the quality of our website, app, courses, and educational services;
- Sending important administrative notices when necessary.
3. Use and Limitations of Information
Students' or guardians' personal information is not sold, rented, or transferred to any third party for unauthorized commercial purposes.
However, for the operation of our services, limited information may be used by authorized staff, the academic team, or necessary technical service providers (such as hosting or payment gateway providers). In such cases, the confidentiality of your information is given serious consideration.
4. Publication of Student Results and Photos
If a student's success story, admission result, model test result, photo, or testimonial needs to be published for promotional purposes, we will seek the student's or guardian's consent wherever possible.
Any student or guardian who wants published information corrected or removed may contact us.
5. Payment Information
When online payment is available, transactions may be completed through an authorized payment gateway, banking channel, or mobile financial service. Retina Medical Coaching Center does not unnecessarily store your card number, PIN, OTP, or password.
Important warning: Under no circumstances should you share your OTP, PIN, password, or confidential payment information with anyone via phone, message, or social media.
6. Cookies and Technical Information
We may use cookies or similar technologies to improve website usability, performance, and visitor experience.
You may control or disable cookies through your browser settings. However, disabling cookies may limit some website features.
7. Data Security
We take necessary administrative and technical precautions to protect personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no internet-based data transmission system is completely risk-free.
8. Third-Party Websites
Our website or app may contain links to Facebook, YouTube, payment services, or other third-party websites when necessary. These websites have their own privacy policies. Retina Medical Coaching Center is not responsible for the activities of third-party websites.
9. Requests for Correction of Information
If your personal information is incorrect or needs to be changed, you may contact us. To verify your request, we may ask you to confirm certain information related to your identity or registration.
10. Data Deletion Policy
Retina LMS currently doesn't allow automatically deleting your data. Please read the following information to delete your data.
- To delete your account data from Retina LMS servers, you have to send an email to retina.com.bd@gmail.com.
- Once you send us an email, our team will review your request and start processing delete your account data.
- Once we delete your account, you will no longer be able to view your previous order history.
- Once your data is deleted, you will no longer be able to login again. But you can create a new account with your previous profile information.
10.1 How to Request Deletion
You can request data deletion through any of the following channels — this request can be made even without the app installed or without logging in:

- Within the app: Open the sidebar and select Delete Account to submit a request directly.
Please include the student's name and the mobile number/email used for registration to speed up verification. We may request additional information to verify your identity.
10.2 What Is Deleted
Once your request is verified, the following information will be deleted from our active systems or permanently anonymized:
- Account profile (name, mobile number, email, password);
- Guardian's contact information;
- Academic and batch-related information;
- Feedback, messages, and form submissions;
- Device/log information directly linked to the user.
10.3 What May Be Retained (and Why)
Due to legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations, some information may need to be retained for a specific period, such as:
- Payment/transaction records — may be retained for the period required by applicable law (typically up to 5 years), but this information will not be used for any new service;
- Aggregated/anonymized statistics — where an individual cannot be identified, data may be retained for statistical purposes.
10.4 Processing Timeline
Verified deletion requests are typically processed within 7 to 30 business days. A confirmation message will be sent once the process is complete.
10.5 Partial Deletion Option
Instead of deleting the entire account, you may also request deletion of specific data only (such as marketing communications, profile photo, or testimonials). In this case, the account remains active, but the specified information will be removed.
11. Information of Children and Minor Students
Many of our students may be minors. Therefore, we may collect guardian information and consent as needed. Guardians are requested to ensure necessary supervision when providing a student's personal information and when the student uses online/app activities. Guardians may also request deletion of their child's account and information through the channels mentioned above.
12. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be revised or updated as necessary. Any significant changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date on this page. We encourage you to review this page regularly.
